Chef – Greg WellmanOriginally from Hampshire, Greg studied Hospitality Management at Bournemouth University before deciding that his passion for food lay in its creation, rather than its delivery. Greg has travelled extensively in Australasia and South America, and this is reflected in the diversity of dishes on the menu. He cut his teeth in some prestigious kitchens including The Square, Chez Bruce and Elystan Street and then took the helm of our sister restaurant The Glasshouse in Kew. A keen surfer, Greg is passionate about all things “sea” and loves to cook fish dishes, but this doesn’t detract from the rest of the carefully thought out menu.
